Update 9th February 2022

Due to ongoing changes to COVID-19 restrictions across the country and abroad and trying to maintain as near normal service as possible at the cattery, we have decided to amend our policies again.

The use of face coverings is voluntary again. We will be happy to support whichever choice you make and will also be happy to wear a mask whilst you are here should you ask us to.

Two family members only from a household will be allowed to drop off their cats directly in to the cattery and settle them in the normal way.

Likewise the same restriction will apply upon collection of your cats.

The 2 metre social distancing rule will remain in place where possible for the time being to ensure everyones continued safety.

We ask that everyone who enters the cattery use the hand sanitiser provided in reception.

Signing of Veterinary Care and Release Forms will continue as normal.

All carriers left at the cattery during your cats stay will be sanitised before you collect your cats.

Anyone not wishing to enter the cattery and would prefer to drop their cats at the gate are welcome to do so, and previous payment arrangements can be used.

No Provisional bookings will be taken, due to the high demand in the coming months as national restrictions are lifted only firm bookings will be accepted.

We will continue to endeavour to contact every customer prior to your booking to discuss any of the above and anything you want to discuss about your cats stay with us.

Thank you for your continuing support.

Take Care and Stay Safe

**Special Notices**

Please note we will no longer be accepting cheques as payment.

We still accept all major credit and debit cards, ApplePay,

BACS payments, PayPal, and of course good old fashioned cash.

We have been informed by North Lincs Council that

tragically a cat has died by hanging in a UK cattery.

Polly's has always had a policy of removing collars

upon arrival and will continue to enforce

this policy in all cases.

Please remember collars look cute but can be

deadly too.

Please note with immediate affect no prescribed

medicines will be administered to any cat unless they are provided in the correct packaging and have a prescribing label from the vet attached.

Please have a good look around our great website.

It will tell you who we are, where we are and what you

can expect if you

decide to board your cat with us.

We are now taking bookings for  2022 and beyond!

You are more than welcome to contact us with any

questions you might have.

You are also more than welcome to make an appointment and

visit us before you decide to place your cat with us.
