Due to the unprecedented Coronavirus situation that is affecting and may well affect many of our customers in the near future, here are our current plans to continue operating at Polly’s Cat Lodge.

The cattery WILL remain open as normal throughout the current situation.

(Personal health permitting)

Depending on current and future advice the arrival and departure process of the cats may have to change to prevent person to person contact. This will be discussed on a one to one basis with the owners before the boarding period.

Should any owner have to self isolate, become ill or be hospitalised and as a result require us to care for their cat during this period, we can and will continue to offer our personal collection and delivery service to those owners. This will involve a non contact doorstep exchange similar to the current procedures being undertaken by supermarkets and Amazon deliveries etc.

If anyone becomes concerned about their cats welfare as a result of their medical or isolation situation please contact us to discuss boarding options, we are here to help!

For any customers who currently have bookings with us, we ask that you keep in contact and let us know of any changes to your plans as soon as possible, this will help us to plan moving forward.

We will not be charging any cancellation fees to any booking affected by the coronavirus, all we ask is that you keep us in the loop!

We will continue to assess our position and will update any of the above both on our website and Facebook pages.

Stay safe, stay well and we look forward to getting back to normal as soon as possible.

**Special Notices**

Please note we will no longer be accepting cheques as payment.

We still accept all major credit and debit cards, ApplePay,

BACS payments, PayPal, and of course good old fashioned cash.

We have been informed by North Lincs Council that

tragically a cat has died by hanging in a UK cattery.

Polly's has always had a policy of removing collars

upon arrival and will continue to enforce

this policy in all cases.

Please remember collars look cute but can be

deadly too.

Please note with immediate affect no prescribed

medicines will be administered to any cat unless they are provided in the correct packaging and have a prescribing label from the vet attached.
