Terms & Privacy


Every effort will be made to maintain the current charges but should there be a substantial rise in the cost of essential commodities & supplies an increase may be inevitable, 

rather than lower the standards of the boarding.

A full days board is charged for the day of arrival & day of departure to allow 

for essential disinfecting & preparation of the chalet.

Payment of booking fees will be made at the time of collection or, 

in the case of long term boarders, accounts will be paid on a monthly basis. 

In the event of owners returning before the end of the period for which the cat is booked in, 

the full period will be charged.


Definite bookings should be made in advance as soon as possible. It is helpful if firm dates & times are given, together with names, age, sex, likes, dislikes of the cat, 

together with the cats normal diet.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, a cancellation fees may 

be charged at the discretion of the proprietor.


No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from any contagious disease can be accepted.

 All cats will be examined upon arrival, 

but the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs

 of ill health pending advice from a veterinary surgeon. 

Owners will appreciate that this is essential to ensure the health & well 

being of all the cats being boarded.

Veterinary attendance is assured (should this prove to be necessary) 

& any treatment prescribed by a vet can be continued during the cats stay. 

 Male cats over the age of 7 months which have not been neutered, 

can not be boarded as this may present an infection hazard. 


Polly’s Cat Lodge asks for some personal details from its customers in order to conduct its business. This ensures that we can contact you or your nominated contacts in order to fulfil our business requirements in a professional and timely manner.

Polly’s Cat Lodge take our responsibility for looking after this information seriously. We follow the data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at all times when asking for or handling your personal information including:
